Nowadays people have to work more and they prefer to rest more activity. It"s important to be in good shape and stay healthy and attractive.
To my mind, physical exercises are essential for everyone. If you want to be strong physically and mentally, you can go to a fitness club, a sauna or a swimming pool. Exercisising is also the best remedy for insomia, depression and stress.
However, a lot of people say they neither time nor opportunity to go in for sports. But I think that if you don"t have opportunity to go a fitness club, you can just buy a treadmill or a stationary bike and execise at home. You can also do your morning exercises, jog, swim in summer, ski or skate in winter. , play different sports games such as tennis, football, volley- ball, basket-ball and so on.
To conclude, if you want to be slim and strong, you must leave your comfortable armchair and execise. It is not enough to watch other people doing sports. Only regular exercises will help you make your life longer and healthier.

Sport is in fashion nowadays. People like doing sports. Sport is very popular in many countries. Sport has advantages and disadvantages.
Firstly, sport helps me develop a sense of coordination, balance. Secondly, sport teaches me to win and to lose. Thirdly, sport helps me form character.
However, some sports are very dangerous. In addition, sport causes a lot of injuries. Also, sport takes a lot of energy.
I think doing sport is very important for me because sport helps me to be self-confident. Besides, sport helps me to keep fit and to be accurate. More than that, sport helps me to be strong and healthy. And finely sport is my life.

A person’s home is as much a reflection of his personality as the clothes he wears, the food he eats and the friends he spends his time with. Everybody has in mind an “ideal house” and an “ideal home”. How do I see my “ideal house”, how do I see my life there?

There are many kinds of dwellings, from town houses, which include terraced houses, semi-detached, detached houses, to country houses.

I want to live in my own house, maybe in a cottage in the suburbs. My house will consist of the ground and the first floor. There will be six rooms in it. In front of the house I will have a small garden with different flowers. I’ll also have a garage for my car.

Here is a brief description of the house I dream of. My bathroom is very good-looking: the walls are tiled in cream, the washbasin, the toilet are pastel pink. My towels are also pink. Then I go to the kitchen to have breakfast. It is always pleasant to cook in it because it is very comfortable. I make my tea and sandwiches and have breakfast. Then I go to my work, but in the evening “there is no place like home”. I have rest in the living-room. I can sit on the sofa and read or watch TV. Then I go to the bedroom. It is my favourite room. Here I sleep and see my sweet dreams.

The main thing for me in the house of my dream is beauty and comfort. That’s what I imagine my future house to be. I dream to live in a private house somewhere in the quite suburb of the city. I will have an one-storey house with all the modern conveniences in it and a beautiful garden around it. There will be a kitchen, a bathroom, a living-room, a sitting-room, two bedrooms and a study where I will be able to work.

In the living-room of the house of my dream there will be a sofa, two armchairs, TV-set and a stereo-system. There will be a nice mild carpet of the light color on the floor. The walls will be covered with the light wallpaper to make you feel spaciously. A big standard – lamp will light the room.

In the study I would like to have a table with lots of drawers and a comfortable chair. There are going to be the shelves on the walls for books and different souvenirs. The notebook with Internet is necessary to complete the

ideal workplace. And also I want to rest in my study, so I would like to have a little sofa in the corner. I like pictures very much, so I perhaps will put some with beautiful landscapes on the wall. To make my study cozy I will put some flowers on the windowsill.

I want my kitchen to have all necessary modern equipment such as stove, refrigerator, mixer. I like when the cupboards don’t take much space and are elegant of design.

Lots of beautiful plants and flowers will decorate the lawn in front of the house and many useful fruit-trees will grow an orchard behind it.

Также я бы хотел и отдыхать в кабинете, поэтому там будет маленькая софа в углу. Мне нравятся картины, поэтому я, вероятно, повешу несколько с красивыми пейзажами на стену. Чтобы сделать кабинет уютным, я поставлю цветы на подоконник.

Я хочу, чтоб в моей кухне было все необходимое оборудование – печка, холодильник, миксер. Мне нравится, когда шкафы не занимают много места и красивые по дизайну.

Много красивых растений и цветов будут украшать лужайку перед домам, и много полезных фруктовых деревьев будут расти в саду позади него.
