Teppo Numminen

An excellent two-way defenseman, Teppo Numminen is one of the best players to ever suit up for the Arizona Coyotes. Numminen was a key factor to the Coyotes’ early success in the desert and remains the highest-scoring Finnish defenseman in NHL history. In 1372 career games, Numminen registered 637 points.

Ray Bourque

Ray Bourque is one of the best defensemen in NHL history. The NHL’s all-time leader in points by a defenseman captured 5 Norris Trophies as the league’s best defenseman and was also the Calder Trophy winner as Rookie of the Year in 1979-80. He is one of just 3 defensemen in NHL history to lead all skaters in Shots on Goal: a feat he accomplished 3 times. Bourque’s 1579 points in 1612 games played may never be topped at the NHL level.

Dominik Hasek

Known as “The Dominator”, Dominik Hasek is perhaps the most talented goaltender to ever play in the NHL. The six-time Vezina Trophy winner as the NHL’s best goalie also captured two Hart Memorial Trophies as the NHL’s MVP and two Ted Lindsay Awards as the player-voted most valuable player. Hasek’s unorthodox style constantly riddled the opposition and he sits atop the NHL’s all-time Save Percentage list with an incredible 0.922 Save Percentage in 735 games played.

Calgary Flames

Lanny McDonald

Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1992, Lanny McDonald’s play was just as good as his signature moustache. McDonald recorded 500 career goals and 1006 points, ranking him 45th all-time in goals and 85th in points. In his final season, Lanny McDonald won his first and only Stanley Cup of his career with the Calgary Flames.

Colorado Avalanche

Joe Sakic

Joe Sakic is one of the best leaders to ever hit the ice in the NHL. Sakic captained the Colorado Avalanche to two Stanley Cup championships, winning a Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP along the way. He ranks 15th in career goals scored with 625 goals and 9th in all-time points with 1641. Sakic also won the 2000-01 Hart Memorial Trophy as the NHL’s MVP.

Geoff Sanderson

Geoff Sanderson was one of the leaders for the Columbus Blue Jackets as they entered the league through expansion in 2000. Sanderson was one of the most-liked member of the Columbus Blue Jackets and helped shape the franchise. The speedy winger recorded 700 points in his NHL career and appeared in two NHL All-Star games.

Mike Modano

Known for his excellent two-way play, Mike Modano is one of the best American-born players to ever play in the NHL. He registered 561 goals and 1374 points in his 1499 game career. Nicklas Lidstrom

Nicklas Lidstrom is one of the best defenders in NHL history. The seven-time Norris Trophy winner as hockey"s best defenseman captured four Stanley Cups in his 20 year career with the Detroit Red Wings. His ability to shutdown opponents while generating offense was superb and led to his Hockey Hall of Fame induction in 2015.

Jari Kurri

Jari Kurri was one of the best players on the 1980s Edmonton Oilers dynasty. Dubbed “The Finnish Flash”, Kurri"s speed and shot made him a dominant offensive force. His ranks in the top 20 in NHL history for Goals (19th) and Points (20th) and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2001.

Florida Panthers

John Vanbiesbrouck

The 1985-86 Vezina Trophy winner as the NHL"s best goalie was one of the better goalies of his generation. After being taken by the Florida Panthers in the 1993 Expansion Draft, Vanbiesbrouck led the franchise to their first and only Stanley Cup Finals appearance in 1995-96. Vanbiesbrouck"s iconic Panther mask still inspires the designs of many goalie masks today.

Luc Robitaille

“Lucky Luc” was one of the best shooters in NHL history. His shot scored 668 goals over his career, ranking him 12th in NHL history. The 1986-87 Calder Memorial Trophy winner as the league"s top rookie won one Stanley Cup and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2009.

Minnesota Wild

Brian Rolston

Brian Rolston was one of the best two-way American forwards to ever play in the NHL. Rolston was always a threat to score at any strength, leading the league in short-handed goals twice and ranks 14th all-time with 33 short-handed goals. Rolston saw his most success as a member of the Minnesota Wild where he tallied 202 points in 241 games.

Montreal Canadiens

Saku Koivu

Ranking third in all-time points by a Finnish NHLer, Saku Koivu was one of the most-liked players in NHL history. Koivu served as a captain of the Montreal Canadiens for nine seasons. Koivu recorded 832 points in 1124 career games.

Martin Brodeur

Martin Brodeur is one of the best goalies in NHL history. Mike Bossy

Mike Bossy was one of the main forces behind the New York Islanders four consecutive Stanley Cup Championships in the 1980s. His goal scoring ability was among the best in the game and his sportsmanship saw him capture three Lady Byng Memorial Trophies. Mark Messier

Known as “The Moose” for his strength and aggression, Mark Messier sits as the third-highest scoring player in NHL history with 1887 points. Messier is perhaps most known for leadership abilities, which were on display when he guaranteed a New York Rangers victory when down 3-2 to the New Jersey Devils in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Down 2-0, Messier scored a hat trick including the Game Winning Goal. Messier would go on to score the Stanley Cup Winning goal against the Vancouver Canucks in Game 7 to give the Rangers their first Stanley Cup since 1940.

Ottawa Senators

Dany Heatley

One of the best pure snipers of his time, Dany Heatley’s ability to score goals was top notch. After being traded to the Ottawa Senators from the Atlanta Thrashers, the All-Star himself scored 50 goals in his first season. Healtey would also score 50 in ‘07 and ranked in the top 10 in goals scored for six of his 13 seasons in the NHL. Heatley won the 2001-02 Calder Trophy as the NHL’s top rookie.

Pittsburgh Penguins

Sergei Gonchar

One of the best powerplay defensemen to ever play the game, Sergei Gonchar"s playmaking abilities were superb. Combined with his ability to blast a shot from the point, Gonchar was always a threat to generate offense while he was on the ice. The four-time NHL All-Star helped lead the Pittsburgh Penguins to their 2009 Stanley Cup victory.

San Jose Sharks

Dan Boyle

Dan Boyle was one of the best offensive defensemen during his 17 seasons in the NHL. Boyle used his excellent skating and play-making abilities to set up his teammates on breakouts or rushing the puck up himself to create a scoring opportunity. Boyle appeared in 2 All-Star Games and won a Stanley Cup in 2004.

St. Louis Blues

Chris Pronger

A physically-dominant defenseman, Chris Pronger was one of the best and most feared defensive blueliners during his time in the NHL. Combined with his strong skill set, Pronger contributed 698 points in 1167 games over his NHL career and is the only defenseman to have won the Hart Trophy as the NHL’s MVP since 1972. Chris Pronger captured a Stanley Cup in 2007 and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015.

Martin St. Louis

Even with the odds stacked against him, Martin St. Louis rose beyond expectations. St. Louis helped pave the way for undersized forwards in the NHL after he captured his first Art Ross trophy as the NHL’s leading scorer and his first and only Hart Trophy as league MVP in 2003-04. That season, St. Louis would help lead the Lightning to their first and only Stanley Cup championship in Franchise history. In 2012-13, St. Louis captured his second Art Ross Trophy and became the oldest player to win the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL’s leading scorer. He finished with 1033 points in 1134 games played in his career.

Всем привет! Ну что, после очередного обновления в социальной сети ВК нашему взору явилась древнегреческая богиня Немезида! Согласно мифологии древней Греции – это крылатая богиня возмездия, карающая за нарушение общественного и нравственного порядка.

Для ВК Немезида – это новый алгоритм, который призван бороться с плагиатом в соцсети .

Еще в конце 2016 года в статье про я писала, что с этого времени предпочтение в «умной ленте» будет отдаваться именно уникальному контенту. Но к этому мало кто прислушивался. И постоянное копирование чужих материалов продолжается и по сегодняшний день.

Карающие инструменты богини Немезиды

Алгоритм Немезиды работает в двух направлениях:

1. быстрее продвигает уникальные статьи
2. плагиат отправляет на рассмотрение модераторов.

Разработчики алгоритма призывают присоединиться пользователей помочь отслеживать чужой контент в группах, чтобы наказать нарушителей.

Теперь в меню каждой записи, если вы кликните по слову Пожаловаться , есть возможность выбрать пункт Неоригинальный контент .

Разработчики делают акцент на том, что так вы сможете помогать настоящим авторам наращивать аудиторию и бороться с копипастом.

Но не забывайте, что если вы решите помочь богине Немезиде, вам необходимо указать ссылку на оригинальный контент, т.е. первоисточник. А там уже будут разбираться модераторы.

Чем страшно наказание Немезиды

Чем это грозит пабликам и группам, которое пользуются неуникальным контентом? Такой контент не будет монетизироваться . В некоторых случаях возможна блокировка сообщества.

Как не попасть под карающий меч богини Немезиды

Чтобы избежать наказания богини Немезиды, вы должны следовать следующим правилам:

1. Всегда создавайте уникальный контент. Это позволит вашим постам занимать высокие позиции в «умной ленте», и вы будете получать более высокие охваты аудитории;
2. Старайтесь публиковать контент первыми – ваш пост будет считаться первоисточником. Но не переживайте, если возникнут спорные вопросы: в них разобраться – задача модерации.

1. Если на странице сообщества вы делитесь чужим материалом, всегда указывайте ссылку на первоисточник.
2. Обращайте внимание своевременно на предупреждения Службы поддержки, если на вас поступила жалоба.

Кому это нужно

По утверждениям разработчиков алгоритма Немезиды таким образом они поддерживают авторов, которые действительно создают уникальный, качественный и интересный контент. Только такие авторы должны получать доход за проделанную работу, а не те, кто потратил пару минут, чтобы скопировать и вставить чужой контент себе в группу!

А что говорят владельцы сообществ

Новость о том, что с 1 июня запущен алгоритм Немезиды не оставила равнодушной ни одного владельца сообщества. Мнения разделились, и конечно же большинство совсем не рады появлению этой «богини». Судя по комментариям, у некоторых даже началась паника! Но стоит отдать должное владельцам сообществ, они друг друга успокаивают.

Социальная сеть «ВКонтакте» на конференции VK Media Day 2018 рассказала о некоторых итогах работы не так давно внедрённого алгоритма «Прометей» , привела занимательную статистику по количеству авторов нового формата статей и их читателей и анонсировала ряд новаций, которые должны сделать сервис ещё более удобным и простым в использовании.

Самой главной новостью на этом мероприятии стало объявление о запуске в июне системы защиты уникального контента – «Немезиды» . В случае с «Прометеем» алгоритмы тоже помогали в этом вопросе, а именно – оригинальный контент выводился в раздел рекомендаций, благодаря чему автор обретал всё большую аудиторию. Правда, в отношении нарушителей никакие серьёзные санкции не применялись, но скоро всё будет иначе: сами представители VK именуют это «новой эрой защиты контента».

У «Немезиды» (кстати, её назвали так в честь древнегреческой богини возмездия) есть ряд правил: 1) алгоритмическая система отслеживает вторичный контент; 2) любой пользователь имеет право пожаловаться на спорный контент, сославшись при этом на источник в рамках «ВКонтакте», 3) модераторы изучают каждый конкретный случай и выносят нарушителям предупреждения, 4) авторам предоставляется возможность оспорить решение модераторов, 5) за многократные правонарушения следует отключение монетизации.

Официальный запуск «Немезиды» ещё не состоялся, но уже сейчас можно сделать небольшой обзор по отмеченным разработчиками пунктам.

Аргументы «За»

Монетизация. Один из важнейших элементов в поддержании творчества авторов. Ещё в дореволюционный учёный Г.Ф. Шершеневич писал: «Цель установления авторского права мы видим в необходимости материального обеспечения автора и в устранении для него необходимости изыскания источников существования…» Монетизация будет более целенаправленной, и, как указали разработчики, по мере увеличения количества авторов уникального контента итоговые накопления от рекламы будут только расти. А это не может не радовать.

Удобный формат подачи жалоб и оперативная работа модераторов. Мало кто знает, но по поводу нарушения интеллектуальных прав можно было обратиться в поддержку и раньше – заполнить электронную форму , приложив все необходимые доказательства. Агент поддержки тоже анализировал поступающие обращения и принимал меры в отношении нарушителей. Сейчас же он трансформировался в квалифицированного модератора по интеллектуальной собственности (или нет?). В любом случае обратиться за защитой своих прав можно в несколько кликов, потратив меньше десяти минут своего времени.

Техническая защита. Наличие специальных технических средств помогает опознать вторичный контент, экономя тем самым время и средства правообладателей.

Больше уникального контента. Все вышеперечисленные моменты дают твёрдое убеждение авторам в стабильности самой платформы и стимулируют их публиковать оригинальный контент.

Аргументы «Против»

Несмотря на то всё хорошее, что может дать «Немезида», остаётся достаточно много вопросов, которые требуют и обсуждений среди пользователей, и решений со стороны разработчиков такой системы защиты.

Неисправность алгоритмов. Существуют различные объекты авторского права, которые могут усложнить алгоритмизацию. Сами разработчики на пресс-конференции озвучили, что настройка алгоритмов для выполнения какой-либо системной работы нуждается в постоянном наблюдении и улучшении. При этом они отметили, что для поддержания более-менее стабильной работы «Прометея» им пришлось проверить около 800 разных гипотез их алгоритмов и внести несколько десятков изменений в код. Пусть недочёты и будут устраняться в режиме реального времени, но это не отменяет вероятность возникновения риска и их последствий.

Злоупотребления модераторов. Когда мы говорим об алгоритмах, то имеем в виду вспомогательный инструмент, который отыскивает тождественный контент. И в случае его нахождения начинается работа модератора, оценивающего от случая к случаю разные по своей специфике споры. Такой сетевой арбитр может применить санкции к правонарушителю за систематическое несоблюдение требований законодательства об интеллектуальных правах. И здесь нельзя исключать человеческий фактор (ошибку), субъективное мнение и некомпетентность работника в правовых вопросах.

Экосистема. На VK Media Day объяснили, что анонсированная система защиты по общему правилу ориентируется только на контент, находящийся в виртуальных стенах социальной сети. Таким образом, однозначно будет существовать процент недобросовестных квазиавторов уникального для алгоритма контента.

Обработка. Сам технический поиск будет страдать в плане результативности сопоставления тех или иных записей. Почему? Ответ кроется в специфике института авторского права. Достаточно незначительно видоизменить, например, фотографию – система не найдёт аналогичное изображение.

Появление «Немезиды» — закономерный этап эволюционного развития любого крупного сайта (портала, сервиса, платформы) как информационного посредника , и это, несомненно, хорошо. Другое дело, что сами алгоритмические процессы и действия модераторов в совокупности могут образовывать всего лишь видимость защиты результатов интеллектуальной деятельности.

Понять, что представляет собой «Немезида», мы сможем только после её официального запуска, когда будет опробован механизм работы этой системы. Причём узнаем мы, в первую очередь, это по откликам самих авторов – спустя какое-то время они решат, сказывается ли такая система защиты в отношении них и их контента положительно или отрицательно. Ведь именно авторы уникального контента являются теми творческими единицами, которые удерживают аудиторию на сайте, меняя социальную сеть в лучшую сторону.
